To achieve optimal color results, eyelashes and eyebrows must be perfectly clean and dry. Add ten drops of RefectoCil oxidiser liquid (or 15-20 drops of refectocil oxidiser cream) to the coloring paste and blend to a creamy consistency. Use a brush to apply the color to the lashes. The eyes must be closed during application. At the tip of the exposure time, wipe off the surplus paint with a dry cotton swab, then clean with a wet swab.
